Place Extract95.bat in your root directory (C:\)

Once in C:\, right click on Extract95.bat and select "Create Shortcut".

Place the shortcut either on your Desktop or in 
C:\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.

Using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\Desktop or 
C:\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.

Right click on the Extract95.bat shortcut.

Click on the Program tab.

Change the Cmd line (command line) to read as follows:

C:\EXTRAC~1.BAT ?

(You can either copy and paste the above line or simply include a 
space and then the question mark.)

Now you're ready to use the batch file!

Double click on your shortcut and when prompted for parameters, 
simply type the name of the file you would like to extract.
